It was the famous peppermint of the ancient Spartans, with whom they treated their wounds after the battles. At the beginning of May and for about a month, the sagebrush, one of the most important flowers of the Greek fauna, blooms. This plant is distinguished not only by its intense yellow color but also by its many therapeutic properties – antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, astringent and healing.
